Niko Black in tha care facility she was forced to move into after being wrongfully evicted from her home By Wells Fargo Bank, even though she had a stay of the eviction from a federal judge. Black, who is in a wheelchair and suffers from a rare, malignant and metastatic form of cancer, was alone when deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Department arrived to evict her from her Garden Grove home on Shannon Avenue on October 10.
